After moving out of our home Dec. 24th so renovations could commence in January, we moved back in March 13th. We have a lot of people to thank for what is essentially a new home. First we were smart enough to consult with John and Matt Kreeft (KV Renovations). They agreed to our ideas and planning began. We headed over to Sarnia Cabinets and met with Rich, Jess and Nicole. Their meticulous planning helped us totally update our home. From there it was off to Huckers Floor Coverings where we consulted with Mike and Kaitlin. They introduced us to vinyl plank flooring which we ended up putting down throughout. Because both bathrooms were being totally gutted we took a drive to Plympton Plumbing where Harry helped us pick out all our plumbing requirements. Honestly the experience of picking out a new marble shower , sinks, faucets etc was like going into a jewelry store! We knew we needed new furniture but we also needed help pulling all the various design elements together. So off we went to Brush Strokes Interiors where we had the best luck meeting Rosemary Crabtree who helped us pull all our ideas together. She took us to TwinBridge Lighting and helped us pick out all our light fixtures. The Kreefts brought in the best people to transform our home. Lockhart Electric re-did our electrical outlets and were unfailingly cooperative. Jesse Van Rooyen built the loveliest railing. We are absolutely thrilled with our home and look forward to living here for the foreseeable future. I would say that through this entire experience John and Matt and the people they work with treated our home with respect and us with great consideration. We will be doing a smaller reno involving the bedrooms so we will be calling on KV Renovations to help us through that process.
