Very disappointed with Kay's and Jenny's the last few times I have ordered. I am out of town and it's a leap if faith they send a quality arrangement. A recent recipient sent me a photo and I was so embarrassed. the arrangement was sparse and looked liked a budget bouquet. I called to ask them what happened and they were surprised and said they would follow up. I've yet to have heard from them.

Helpful, super friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers. Beautiful items in-store, too. I’m always very happy with my purchases from KAY’S Petals & Plants! Highly recommend.

Ordered flowers recently to show my appreciation for some skaters that I used to teach and my daughter. The flowers - Gerbera Daisies - were stunning. Beautiful flowers, beautifully wrapped, the best service! Thank you Tracey, they were really well received.
