A company you can trust . Our roof is 30 years old. We felt confident we were ready for a new roof. We were getting quotes between 22 and 34,000. Horrifying. Then Myles from Imperial showed up. The man knows roofs. He’s the only person that showed up that went up onto the roof to check it thoroughly. When he came down, he explained our roof in detail. He assured me we do not need a new roof and should not consider replacing it for 4 to 5 years. He picked out two areas that needed repairs. Areas that I was familiar with. He explained How those flashings were missed during the building 30 years ago. The short version is his team showed up and fixed our roof within a couple of hours, and he saved us a ton of dough.
