Our caregiver Ashley is great. She's here on time. Is pleasant and caring. Does her job very well and more. She is compassionate and takes excellent care of my husband. She will also help me will any task I need. Home Instead has a great employee in Ashley.

The people at Home Instead were very helpful. My Mom has Parkinson's and needs to be cared for to give my dad a break and to provide the kind of care that dad is not able to give mom. I called and they provided their services in an organized and timely fashion. We had a caregiver that meshed with my mom in what felt like minutes. They continue to track mom's approval of their staff member and the staff member that is looking after mom is exceptional. I am able to contact the owner and 2 other managers at all times. They are all very polite and attentive. Service has been second to none. Well worth every penny. When Mom is happy, everyone is happy.

When my mother was coming home from hospital she had the choice between staying in a retirement home or going to her own home after making arrangements for care. She wanted to be home so we contacted Home Instead. They came every day for the first few weeks to make sure she had meals, a clean home, clean clothes and had a bit of fun. They went on walks together and they even polished her toenails for her. Friends and family continued to stop in and visit, do her shopping and care for her finances. It was a great arrangement. When it was time to wean down the number of visits they helped her plan and prep meals for the days she was on her own. They were as proud of mom...read full review
