Souvik Chakraborty was the representative to assist us with getting our loan. The process was easy and we were approved for more than we initially applied for, which is amazing because it will go a long way with helping us financially and enable us to fix our vehicles up. Souvik was super polite and stayed in communication with us via phone or email consistently. He ensured we knew exactly what we were doing with providing documentation and signing.
