100% reccomend this Dentistry. I recently had to get a crown put on a cracked tooth. They explained the procedure perfectly to me, showed me my x-rays and gave me a great visual understanding of what was happening with my tooth and gums. The overall experience was phenomenal and professional. I just took my son(3) for his first dentist appt and they were once again amazing. He loved the entire experience. they even let him pick a treasure. I am grateful for their experience, knowledge and kindness. They made the memory one for the books.
So glad I found Dr. Ponce. As an autistic person, I have a really hard time with dentist appointments. I struggle with anxiety leading up to them, sensory overwhelm while being treated and intense burnout afterwards. Dr. Ponce has excellent bedside manner, gives clear explanations that are able to ease my anxiety, and provides whatever sensory accommodations are needed (low lights, headphones on, calming video, laughing gas, the works). All that my autistic brain needs to get through it. His whole staff is very trauma-informed, so supportive and respectful. If you are on the spectrum, have dental anxiety or past medical trauma, I would highly recommended Dr. Ponce.
