Dan was amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. I couldn’t have asked for someone better to help me with the situation and issues I was having! 10/10 service !
If i could give more stars I would. I cannot say enough about how well the staff here treated me and how efficiently helpful Dan was in sorting out a problem that was causing me great anxiety. Welcoming , courteous, patient and thoughtful support.I recommend this store completely.
Cindy (from Sarnia store) was very attentive, proactive and concerned about solving my problem. She helped me by calling the necessary departments and looking for solutions. Excellent professional doing the maximum possible for the client. Because of her I decided to give Bell a chance to solve the problem and I will not cancel my services for now.
