With a recently purchased condo, I was very interested in having a mini-split installed. When I inquired with the Board members, and the Superintendent who they would recommend (after calling around for some quotes on my own prior...all being much, MUCH higher), they unanimously said to call Abram's; this was also based on experience with the building protocol, along with high quality work.Todd M. came out within only 2 days to meet with me and discuss my options. Abrams installed a new furnace for us last week. The service was top notch! Todd was prompt in quoting us repair vs. replacement costs. He took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood completely. The service techs were on time and professional.
