We purchased a house for the first time and found Jay through the official house inspectors website. The inspection went well and he provided a lot of information about the house and a very detailed report with information that will help me during my home ownership. I have had a couple issues during my ownership and Jay has been very accessible and patient with providing images from the inspection and advise on how to fix it.
