We had Jay come do our home inspection (2025) and it was overall a very smoothe and pleasant experience. He was very cordial and friendly the entire time (both while inquiring about his services and while at the home). He encouraged us to ask questions and it was clear he had a vast wealth of knowledge as he was able to clearly answer all the questions we had and was able to talk us through everything we has doing/finding in a way that was easy to understand. It was also nice that he took a bit of time to go over what the report he would send would look like and how to navigate it to ensure we didn't miss anything included.

We purchased a house for the first time and found Jay through the official house inspectors website. The inspection went well and he provided a lot of information about the house and a very detailed report with information that will help me during my home ownership. I have had a couple issues during my ownership and Jay has been very accessible and patient with providing images from the inspection and advise on how to fix it. His report has also been a great tool to diagnose things. Would definitely recommend him!
