“Paula and her team made us feel very special from start to finish as we built our new dream home. We were offered a hot espresso during our consultation and found Paula to be extremely knowledgeable. She recommended products based on very specific requests by us (Canadian made, specific colours and valance style right down to the colour of the chain).Installation came later and Paula’s son Sebastian and their other installer Randy were delightful to work with. They were professional and careful and even took the time to dote on our little baby who was home during installation.When we had a problem with one of the blinds, Randy came out the same day I sent the email and was able to repair it for us. Service that is unheard of this close to Christmas.There’s something special about supporting local family businesses and Louisa’s Drapery is no exception.
