I have been going for treatments on my neck, and everyone from Nurse Tina, Dr. Gibbons, and all the awesome staff have been professional, polite, and very attentive. Time to address my wrinkles!I met Tina at Skin Derma in Rockland for a consultation to discuss treatment options. Tina made me feel very comfortable and explained the various treatments (botox, fillers, tread lifts) and advised me on what treatment would best address my specific needs.The day of my appointment, Tina made me feel at ease and explained every step of the process as she proceeded. Happy with the service.Nice staff.Be sure to monitor your gift card values when purchasing discounted services in advance. Twice mistakes were made treating the gift card value as straight cash value, and was charged full price for services rendered, depleting the card value faster than was intended.Rates were rectified when I pointed this out.
