I've seen several massage therapist throughout the years, but I've got to say that Michelle is by far the best one I've seen! She always seems to find the problem areas without me having to tell her. All the staff is super friendly and it's easy to book appointments online. I'd recommend the Optimal Health Centre to my friends and family.
