My car was in for service-getting winterized etc., and again all concerns were met-working within my budget-all business conducted in such a pleasant and professional manner

Car came back not only with all issues taken care of-but also washed and detailed

The customer service here is exemplary
The facility is spotless-including the automotive bays!!

After having work done at Klippenstein Service, I can confidently say they are the best automotive shop I’ve ever dealt with—and I’ve dealt with quite a few over the years. From the start, Margaret was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth and easy. The mechanic who worked on my truck was exceptionally thorough, and the results speak for themselves.

They even went the extra mile by cleaning my truck inside and out—it looked brand new when I picked it up. Their pricing was transparent and fair, and the overall experience was top-notch.

Even if you’re not from Ridgetown, Klippenstein Service is absolutely worth the drive.

Great experience working with these fantastic folks. Called em out the blue to get my car in asap and even being a Thursday they got her in. Decent prices too compared to most other shops close by. Never been to them before but five stars from me.
