We have been renting office space from Twin City for over 4 years now. Their space is one of two office spaces we rent, the other from another landlord. We have also been residential renters for many years in the past so, we know landlords. Twin City is, without exception, the most caring, conscientious, reasonable property management firm going. Their rates are more than fair, they respond promptly and professionally to any and every issue, they invest in regular improvements and maintenance, and they are genuinely likeable people. I'm sure there are more positive things that we are neglecting to think of right now. We regularly comment, among ourselves in the office, that the day we found Twin City was our lucky day. If they had property available in our other location, we'd be renting from them there too. Thank you so much, Twin City!

This company cares, has great rates, patient, kind. They don't need reviews because their actions will speak by themselves. Deserving of 10 stars. Highly recommend this company.
