I had to inquire every step of the way. I was asked no questions and given no suggestions. I have no reason for confidence that I'm getting the maximum return. I tried using an accountant this year to take the load off of my plate to file my personal and business taxes. Instead I wound up having more stress and had to pursue them until Friday, April 28th to have the filing done. The information was submitted to them at the beginning of February. This is not a way to run an accounting business.
