Had an issue with our water heater and Josh went above and beyond. He came out twice, including over the weekend, to make sure the problem was fully resolved. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. It's rare to find someone who puts in that level of effort and care. Highly recommend!

Josh is awesome… I highly recommend him. He is honest, fair and most of all, extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. I inherited a super complex ‘high-efficiency’ furnace, and since two years ago (2024) Josh has repeatedly proven that he can pretty much fix anything.
Example: today I had a ‘no heat situation… waiting most of the day for ‘other’ local hvac techs in Huntsville to prove themselves… no one could help or get the replacement part needed as per the error code .. so I called Josh, and he reminded me of some basic troubleshooting techniques and ‘process of elimination’ … a half hour later… my furnace was working again.
Josh was amazing! Came out on short notice, after hours and despite my failure of a diagnostic beforehand, he got our heat up and running again in no time. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and reliable! Would highly recommend him to everyone! Thanks again Josh!
