Josh is absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and is willing to explain/teach while doing his job as I had some questions as this is my first home. He was extremely kind and professional while at our home. Our furnace proved to be one of the more difficult ones to get parts for which meant multiple trips to town to make sure we got the right part and heat asap but he was always in contact with us and updating us of the situation. I can definitely say he will be our future technician for decades and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC assistance in the Huntsville, Utterson, Port Sydney and surrounding areas!
