Experienced a catastrophic steering failure in the PP DQ drive-thru which blocked its business. While on the phone with Brian's Towing, an operator from the company, who was stationed across the street beginning his lunch break, immediately drove over and offered assistance with out dispatch. A second operator showed up on site immediately after to offer additional assistance for a vehicle with one tire parallel to the pavement. While speaking with the first driver, I noticed his lunch was sitting out getting cold. Excellent service, price and experience in an unfortunate situation. The DQ manager was very inconvenienced, god bless them.
Brian's towing rescued me after my GPS took me down an unassumed snowmobile road in a city I was unfamiliar with. I was pretty lost and in the middle of nowhere and he stayed cool, calm and collected and got me out when I thought there was no way I'd ever get out of there. He walked to meet me and was able to maneuver my car out of the snow. He kept me updated and stayed in touch throughout. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend!
