This is a scam. Andrew Sun comes and says I have a factory and over $100 million project in Port Hope. He takes your money and leave the work in the middle. Run away from this scammer. They took my $6000, came with wrong size windows and wanted to break my house to install those wrong size windows. Total fraud.
VERY sad..... to take very sucessful, recongnizable CANADIAN business and to turn into this, SHAME on you. This was a builder (3 owners ago) that people use to aspire to build for a home or a vacation home. THIS new ownership is not capable, dishonest....BEWARE
This company stole $800k from me. Do NOT hire them. Andrew Sun will tell you he has built many homes. He's never built a single property and will take your money, get some people to show up for a few days to do some work and then walk away with your money. We've sued them in court and won but good luck in collecting on these funds. This company and this man are extreme con artists and should be treated as such.
