I can't stress how amazing this mechanic is. I brought my Volvo into here and when everyone else had two-three week wait time he insured my vehicle was running as soon as possible as i needed it for work.

I was even able to cancel my car rental in advance since he worked over the weekend to make sure it was ready (seriously how many mechanics work over the weekend to help you?)

I was getting ready to trade in my 2014 Audi A4, when suddenly the air conditioner and steering both failed. Trade in value would be very low without A/C and with stiff steering. I did not want to spend a lot of money on repairs at Audi dealer, for such an old car. Talked to Hung Tran at Port Hope Auto Service, and found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing Volkswagen and Audi. Hung is a very good and experienced mechanic who explains the problem and repair. My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude. No sloppy work here; Hung clearly takes pride in his work.
