I was getting ready to trade in my 2014 Audi A4, when suddenly the air conditioner and steering both failed. Trade in value would be very low without A/C and with stiff steering. I did not want to spend a lot of money on repairs at Audi dealer, for such an old car. Talked to Hung Tran at Port Hope Auto Service, and found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing Volkswagen and Audi. Hung is a very good and experienced mechanic who explains the problem and repair. My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude. No sloppy work here; Hung clearly takes pride in his work.

Hung is a pro and knows his stuff. I had him do a scheduled A service on my 2016 MB CLA as well replacing my side mirror and could not be happier with both his professionalism and fair pricing. I plan to go back for my B7 service soon. I highly recommend him.
