Bryan Snyder, owner of the business and new home builder, has an excellent reputation. He didn't dissapoint! I found him very helpful and patient with questions we had regarding a new build. His staff member, Sarah, was also exceptionally helpful with setting things up for us and answering our (sometimes unique) questions. Walking around in the town of Port Elgin, it is easy to spot his construction. Looking forward to having them build a home for us...!
We built with Snyder 4 years ago. Our experience through the building process was great. We built a semi-custom home and were given lots of choices when trying to make decisions in building our home. There were even a few out of the box ideas and alternative building material choices that we were interested in and the team at Snyder Development were open to and helped us navigate making those things a reality. Whenever we ran into a problem, the Snyder Development team worked with us to find a solution. Since building, it has been clear to us that Snyder builds a quality home and we are grateful for their consistent

1 Year taking posesion of the property I noticed water seeping through my unfinished basement floor. As I am new to the community I asked Earl for help to locate someone that could help me. Almost instantly Earl, Bryan S, Luke, Lorraine, and Tyler showed up to find and solve the issue. A broken watermain, a hole cut into my basement flore and a through clean up only took 4 hours. These guys are GREAT.
Thanks to Snyder Development!!
