Pretty disappointed. My cuticles weren’t pushed back and taken off like they should’ve been for $60. I feel like this should’ve been a lot better. If I didn’t have my four-year-old with me, I would have gone back to get them to fix it. And I’m sure they would have. They are very nice there, but it shouldn’t happen in the first place.
I have had my nails (toes and fingers) done here a few times this summer, and every time, they have been great. It's clean. Nice decor. I'm not looking for a fancy spa experience. Some visits, they do a little more of a massage than other time, and I'm okay with that. What's important to me is that the polish and shellac hold up between visits, and it has every time.
I have been here a few times in the off season and had really thorough pedicures and loved it. Now that it is summer, they rush through pedicures. They are so quick, that the massage chair doesn’t even have time to finish a cycle! I’ve come twice this summer thinking perhaps the one rushed pedi was a fluke but it seems to be how they work in the busy season. They did not address any of my thicker callouses, and did not tidy up any of the dead skin or cuticles around my toes. Just a soak, a quick exfoliation, a quick run with some lotion and polish. Wham, bam, $50 please.Service: Pedicure
