After a few years of living in our house, we hired Dan for a home maintenance inspection to help us better understand our home and prioritize future improvements. During the busy housing market, we had skipped the home inspection under the guidance of our realtor, so after issue after issue came up, we wanted to try to get ahead of other potential problems.
Dan was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful from the very first email. He provided a detailed report, took the time to walk through everything with us, and genuinely cared about helping us understand our home. We really appreciated his professionalism and expertise and highly recommend him!
Dan was incredibly thorough with our home inspection and the information and recommendations he compiled was much appreciated and very helpful. He was very professional and efficient. By far the best put together report with a great number of detailed photos to assist us going forward. We highly recommend DMC Residential Inspection Services.
