Very happy with our new fireplace. Climate Clinic has been very helpful throughout. Our valor fireplace had a cracked firebox so they referred us to another company that deals with valor just in case it was covered under warranty. Unfortunately it wasn't and it had also been discontinued so it couldn't even be fixed. We went back to Climate Clinic to get the whole thing replaced. They were here in good time so we didn't have to wait long. Absolutely no issues.

Awesome job, our fireplace wasn't following thermostat and fan wasn't working. Also, same time our furnace wasn't catching up to set point. Fixed all issues within an hour or so, even with returning for parts. Very fair price.Service: Heating system repair
