It was a wonderful build experience, Wally delivered the project on time and on budget. We made some pretty major changes throughout the build. Ben and Wally facilitated all of the changes in a very professional manner. We started out with a two-bedroom bungalow, the Chester model. During the planning stage we decided that we needed more room for our children and their families when they come to visit. The bungalow became a story and a half with 5 bedrooms, We call it a Chester +. Thank you Alair, we give you a six out of five

We spoke with several local contractors when deciding on a builder for our new home. Ben’s easy style and honest approach, convinced us on our very first meeting. Ben introduced us to Shenay, our project manager – a person with a sense of both design and efficiency. She worked tirelessly to ensure that materials were available, trades on site and performing ,choices were appropriate and details addressed.
