2nd time I have had a emergency situation with my dog only to be told I can't be seen, seriously disappointed with service and level of care. emergency treatment is part of what you should be doing, if I can find another local vet to treat my dog same day...what is the issue with not serving a current client in need of care, and pet owners who are scheduled for regular treatment would be willing to wait if another animal is in need!

If I could give port Dover and port Rowan more than five stars I would. I have felt heard and understood with all my dealings with both places. my two dogs were given such good care. I would recommend highly
