The staff at Lakeside Vision Centre are amazing! I had a eye exam with Dr.Backus and she throughly explained everything she was doing and took the time to answer any questions I had! I also needed glasses for the first time and the staff took the time to help me find out which frames suited me best and I never felt rushed by them. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and I highly recommend this place!
I have a 12 year old son who is autistic so going to any sort of medical appointment can be a nightmare since he is sensitive to sounds , touch , smells and lights. Was blown away how amazing and gental the Optometrist and staff were with him. We were finally able to get a correct prescription and he absolutely loves his new glasses.
Excellent Clinic! The Doctors are dedicated and Professional, Staff is friendly and efficient. The office is newly renovated, clean, modern, and easily accessible. I have moved to a different city, but I still choose Lakeside Vision Centre. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for exceptional eye-care, and a positive experience! Thank you so much for all that YOU do!!!
