Had my taxes done today by Bertha at Port Colborne H&R block, and she was an absolutely wonderful lady. Bertha was very friendly and carried a smile the whole visit. I had a small anxiety attack while sitting there and told her so ,and Bertha never made me feel out of place which helped me get through it quicker. Thank you Bertha for being you.
