I haven’t gone in over 2 years, and they did not fail! My overall experience was good, they were able to accept me 15 minutes early and I was out in an hour. The environment was very nice, their service for me was friendly and welcoming. Even though many phone calls were coming in, my nail artist was respectful and polite through it all. 10/10 would come back!
