Having never owned a commercial vehicle before, I was unaware of the many different issues, stringent policies, and vehicle care that is required. Numerous issues were found with my vehicle. The folks at B & C were upfront and honest about what repairs were needed and upgrades necessary for the proper certification. Also, the cost was discussed prior to and during the repair process. The mechanic was very thorough. My experience as a whole was wonderful. I appreciate the integrity, attention to safety, and detail for my vehicle. I drive it daily, and I have no worries about it. I came for a wheel seal leak and ABS sensor. They inspected everything. I end up replacing brake shoes and wheel bearings with cones as well. These boys move and work.
