I echo many of the sentiments of Susan's review. I booked the massage at the beginning of a writing retreat, hoping to transition from the drive to the setting. I also had an injury I was tending, so I looked forward to some TLC for my body, some pain relief and relaxation from the massage. Generally, when i book a massage at an inn or resort, I’m expecting a bit of pampering and relaxation. Well, I was not prepared to receive possibly the best massage of my life with my appointment with Jason.Jason took extra time at the beginning of our session to really understand the possible sources of my muscle tightness. He tailored my session to specifically target these areas. The release I felt after the treatment was incredible, and the sense of well being persisted several days. I have had massages with Viktoria several times and she is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. She is ensuring your muscles get exactly what you need.I have also dealt with Julie once and she also has wonderful customer service. She is a calming presence in the room and I was so relaxed at the end of my appointment.Not to mention Image skincare is the best. Keep it up team!
