So happy I found this gym while I was working in Parry Sound. Wish I could have gone more often, grateful to have found this community away from home to train with. Cleanest and most beautiful CrossFit gym I have ever been to.

One of the best training sessions you'll ever have time after time! At the end of each workout, you feel like you've gotten a high intensity experience, but that's not even the best part. Everyone is friendly and supportive making it feel like a tight-knit community of enthusiasts which makes you want to keep coming back. It's nice showing up early, trying the different kinds of coffee DK brings in, and chatting with the other members before starting your session. I’ve been to numerous CrossFit gyms around the world, and this one is by far THE BEST!!! First, the gym is absolutely beautiful. It belongs on the cover of an interior design magazine, seriously! Very clean, bright and inviting. Second, the equipment is super well maintained and looks brand new. Third, the coaches. They all have extensive experience, and spent a minimum of 3 months interning, learning from the owners (DK and Kathryn L3 coaches). And fourth, the community is incredible.
