We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with NW Roofing since 2019. They (Tyler Murphy and crew) completed an excellent installation of a Diamond Steel roof to our 19th century Ontario Cottage. We’ve had owner Jerred Wagner back to quote on and complete numerous jobs. Jerred continues to show up ready solve any issue that comes up. While other companies may promise great after sales service most disappear after payment, in our experience NW always answers the call to stand by their work with Jerred showing up ready to negotiate a solution. I found this company recommended on a local facebook group. They answered my call on the first attempt and scheduled someone to come. Nw roofing arrived when they said they would, provided an accurate price after inspection, repaired our leaky roof and barely disrupted our day. They were very quick and a pleasure to deal with. After a big windstorm last April, we lost a number of shingles and the front fascia of the house also bent and detached. We called NW Roofing and they came out to quote the repair very quickly and completed the job (along with installing new shingles on our shed) the next week. The crew was very friendly, polite and efficient. They did an excellent job colour matching both the front fascia and roof shingles. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. I highly recommend NW Roofing and would definitely use them again in the future.
