As first time homeowners with a home that is in need of updating, hiring and dealing with contractors can be overwhelming at times…. But if you hire the right company, it makes all the difference. We hired Jason & his crew to do the siding on our home. Their estimate came in lower than the other 5 companies we received estimates from and, right from our first meeting, Jason was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. The crew started work on time every day and when they couldn’t be there (we had a few very rainy days), they communicated with us. We were impressed at how respectful they all were of ourselves and our property (they even brought in our garbage cans in the morning after the garbage was picked up), they also ensured to be careful about nails/debris left over (they cleaned up after themselves) and were incredibly kind and patient when it came to me asking a million questions. As work was being done, we were always being asked how we liked it. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is paramount to Jason & the crew. We didn’t love the look on the capping around one of our windows, and they were quick to redo it… no irritation or annoyance. They seemed happy to ensure we loved the work we were paying for. When it was discovered that more work would be required than originally thought, Jason informed us immediately and went over our options. When we needed a outside vent replaced, Jason called up a company he has worked with and had someone there within 20 mins. JJ CAM CONSTRUCTION did a fantastic job, they were efficient, fair in pricing, and just genuinely easy to work with. The crew were pleasant and personable (Jason’s father-in-law was hilarious). We liked them so much that we even added on a few other small projects while they were here (they did our stairs, the shed, and installed a door for us). We’ll definitely be returning to Jason and his crew for future projects! I honestly can’t say enough great things about them! We’ll continue to refer them to our neighbours, friends and family.
