I received a gift card for a massage for my birthday from my coworkers. I get migraines that usually last a couple of days that is always accompanied by pain in my shoulder, neck and skull that usually leaves me bedridden. Last week, I went in with a knot on each side of my skull and Cheryl worked the knots out in our short appointment. I felt as though a weight had actually been lifted off my shoulders (and neck and skull for that matter). I was actually able to function at my job without constant pain and after a break from working out, I started back up again. The reiki was incredible and insightful. I’m 6 days over due with baby #3 and my whole body was in pain! One hour at harmony spa and my back and leg pain are gone and I’m feeling so relaxed waiting for this baby to come! Thank you so much for getting me in today it was amazing!!
