I'm adjusting my previous review because I got to deal with Kristin Griese And she was super helpful!!! it's clear that their work load is VERY heavy, but that is not to fault her!!!! She was attentive to our needs, easy to communicate with, but I only gave 4 stars, because the business clearly has some hiccups to work out - imo. :) The rates aren't great, but I chose to stay because of the customer service I revieved from her!
