My very first experience at Urban spa today was more than I could have imagined. Having experienced massage all over the world on some of the highest rated tables, my expectations were not very high…but i needed one. The place is cozy and clean, the receptionist was lovely… my masseuse, Lynecho is truly gifted. Well done ladies…well done. Thank you and see you soon.

I had a Seasonal facial with Sarah today & it was so FABULOUS! Not only is she so calm, peaceful & professional, she also has the softest touch. I felt so rejuvenated & beautiful after. Highly recommend!

Serena is the best!! I had my hair butchered at a different salon so I messaged serena, not only did she come up with a plan of action to fix all the discolouration and banding, she was actually able to execute that plan and completely transformed my hair. My hair is now back on track for what im going for and I can’t wait for my future appointments with Serena! I 1000% recommend Serena to anyone! 10/10 she is a master hair artist!!

The main floor is a European inspired boutique spa offering hair services, massage therapy treatments, spa experiences, waxing, sugaring and facials. The second floor is a New York Style manicure and pedicure lounge. Our third floor has an amazing couples suite.
