I went in because my 2 year olds earring wouldnt come out due to swelling and a reaction.I didnt have an appointment but caroline was so nice and helpful. She didnt hesitate to help my little one out.The atmosphere there is super chill and welcoming. If you want your kids ears pierced i highly reccomend caroline shes amazing.

I have had 2 piercings done by Caroline and she is amazing! Very reassuring and knowledgeable. She explained (in detail) everything she was going to do. She told me how to properly prepare for my piercing and educated me on after care. I have had no issues at all with healing. I highly recommend Caroline! ?

When I tell you this is the best tattoo and piercing place in Peterborough, I mean it! Got pierced here and cannot be happier. The atmosphere was incredible, all the staff I interacted with were super nice and when it came down to the actual piercing (which I was sooo scared for) it was a breeze all thanks to Caroline! She was so patient and explained everything, I was shown that everything was clean and in sterile packaging, and she helped so much with the breathing exercises she went through with me.
