My family doctor sent a referral to Dr. O'Toole to have something checked. Within a day or so, Charlene from the Skin Centre called to book an appointment. She was so pleasant and could not have been any more accommodating booking me in. On appointment day, Monica in reception greets you, again, so pleasant. Dr. O'Toole (and nurse Jen) were amazing! Once my referral issue was checked and discussed, I received liquid-nitrogen treatment for multiple age spots, for which, I am so pleased with the result. I was very happy with the exceptional treatment and value that I received. Thank you Dr. O'Toole and staff!

Was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews, as I expected to be rushed through my appointment. Dr. O’Toole took extra time to examine a few spots beyond the one I was referred for, and I ended up having both liquid nitrogen treatment and a biopsy.

My mistake was booking just 1.5 hours off work. If the clinic is running behind, appointments can take longer than expected. That made me more anxious and impatient than I would have liked, so consider this my apology review! Overall, a positive experience.
