I often come here to buy colognes and every time I seek out lexi she is so nice and helpful and always helps me find the scent for me if could say one thing to the manager I would say give that girl a promotion I have never had a bad experience at the store best store in the mall
Had a great experience! Hannah went above and beyond to help me. Really appreciate her accommodations, especially when the emails sent out to customers regarding picking up their order have nothing to do with them and they say curbside pickup is an option when it's not an option at the ptbo location. So I more then appreciate Hannah's willingness to rectify the issues to her best ability in that moment for me while experiencing back pain. Employees like that should absolutely be recognized for their ability to quickly handle a situation that they can't fix themselves in the long run (changing what Sephora tells their customers in emails) so thank you Hannah... read full review
Had a pleasant shopping experience. Kaitlyn was sweet and very helpful! Rosie was helpful as well. I love the diverse options for people of all skin tones <3. The ladies were kind enough to do a thorough skin analysis and ensured we walked out with the perfect colour match
