“I went in to have 2 upper lip piercings removed that were extremely over tightened by another piercer at a tattoo shop downtown and one was red swollen and slightly infected. The beautiful welcome kitty was so sweet, the person at reception was incredible friendly and so nice, and the piercer was incredibly amazing, professional, friendly, helpful, patient and kind.
