Had a great customer experience with everyone we interacted with! From the initial phone call with Bob to talk about what was needed and possible timelines, to the office staff where I signed paperwork, to the team who came to do the install of the hot water tank (Kevin, Josh & Chris) - everyone was professional and super friendly. They were able to get the install completed sooner than anticipated too, ensuring we had hot water going into the weekend! Very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend!
PRH&AC replaced my hot water tank,after they left I found out the door to the room the tank is in wouldn't close it hit the gas line. they came back and fixed the issue quickly and without question. highly recomend them.
Last summer we had a new propane furnace and air conditioning installed by Peterborough Refrigeration Heating and Air Conditioning. Prior to placing our order I did a huge amount of research to ensure that we were getting exactly what we needed. I had a ton of questions. Bob was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. When the furnace and a/c were installed the crew was friendly and worked well and efficiently together. They worked nonstop on the hottest day of the year. They removed the old furnace and oil tank and left everything neat and tidy. Both the a/c and the furnace are extremely quiet when operating.
