My computer stopped working for no good reason. The staff at PC Paramedics diagnosed the problem, dealt with my hard drive back-up, and offered excellent advice to avoid buying another overpriced lemon from HP! Thank you for your help and awesome service. Much appreciated.

I would definitely recommend PC paramedics.Based on the fact I phoned in and requested immediate service on replacing a component on my workstation that was considered mission critical, Rob pulled through and had me back up and running within the hour.This is the kind of service that is missing from big box stores. Support local, take my advice to shop here !Highly recommend.
