This team is great. I’ve had two emergencies with my brakes over the past couple of years, and they got me back on the road instead of going at me about not having an appointment (like another place I could mention that couldn’t comprehend emergency brake failure on the street as an unplanned event). The bonus was not having to keep my car, which was even better because I didn’t realize they were no longer open on Saturdays. Friendly, transparent, explanatory, efficient, and were nice enough to use the brake fluid I already bought instead of making me buy theirs (which, again, I could mention another chain, but I won’t). They are the BEST mechanic shop IN TOWN why?-VERY RESPECTFUL-They make sure the customer leaves Happy and FULLY SATISFIED!!I went in there with my 2003 Maxima se and all I can say is while being honest, is that I'm Very GRATEFUL.I went in there for outer tire rods, wheel alignment and exhaust leak and the prices were GREAT let alone the service which is quick and PRECISE !!!!I had delayed to take my car to the mechanic, due to financial reasons and as a result of that, my car brakes rotors or pads started screaching and let me tell you guys, They did them for FREE!! paid no diagnosing fees at all NOTHING!! they fixed the issue, as I had once done the front brakes with...read full review

In the 24 years of owning cars and taking them in to various shops for maintenance, I have *never* had anyone tell me that they felt components of the standard maintenance were not required at that time (i.e tire rotation when the all-seasons had just been put on the car 2 month before, filters that could wait to be replaced at the next oil change).
