Got into a very complicated project underpinning my 1860 house in Peterborough in 2022. Started with another engineer and had to switch to Margarito who was extremely reasonable and facilitated the completion of the project with cost effective solutions.

My wife and I are carpenters and were recently building our own home. The City required us to have an engineered drawing done for our great room wall design and there were very few other firms that were willing to take on a small part of our project and still get us the stamped drawings in a reasonably quick time frame. MARA stepped up and delivered excellent work within ten days. There were a few email and phone call follow ups required and they always responded within a twenty four hour period. I have recommended them to other builders and will certainly use them again on upcoming projects.

Margarito, has gone above and beyond for us. We bought a home and we’re in a bad situation and he assisted with the process every step of the way. He kept excellent communication through this procedure and had our drawings completed before the estimated time he had given. Jesse and I are the owners of Stokes Roofing and I mention this because we recently had a tornado and many of our clients were unable to reach an engineer.
