Reached out to Kevin to assist with a capital gain refiling. Met with him and provided him all the necessary documents. Very nice guy and chatted for a while. After 2 months of not hearing from him I reached out for an update or an approx timeline I might be able to expect. Made 3 attempts over 2 weeks or so to connect with him and no reply was ever received. Just emailed him and told him to disregard on the 3rd attempt.
Great guy to talk with but if you're seeking professional assistance I'd suggest going elsewhere.

Kevin is a nice person. However he's not organized, won't call you back and screwed up our taxes. To his credit once we walked into his office and made him sit down he did fix our taxes. I would recommend that you shop around.

As a micro-business, I let the paperwork slide while I attended to other stuff. Kevin was generous with his time and advice, and his staff quickly got my paperwork and transactions organized into a system I still use. The fees were very reasonable. Best of all, I got replies to my questions right away, even on weekend mornings.
