While the optometrist is on the second floor with no elevator access, the staff's helpfulness and professionalism make up for any inconvenience. Patients have praised the helpfulness of the team, especially when organizing appointments or correcting mistakes, and appreciate the straightforward, non-pushy approach of the salespeople when choosing glasses. I went to get my eyes checked as my coworkers were telling me I was squinting a lot. Turns out I needed glasses! The crew at Kawartha Vision Care Peterborough were really wonderful as it was my first pair ever. They got me set up with 2 pairs of glasses (one special safety pair for work too!) within a week. Scott and co found a pair of frames for me that were super stylish and nothing I would have picked for myself. I would have gone with a black quiet frame but left with a pair with red, black, silver and blue! I get compliments on them constantly! I recommend this place to everyone now!

Last Thursday evening I came in because the arm of my mum’s glasses broke, she’s 93 and really needed them to see. I asked the staff if they could be fixed, the eye doctor came out from the back and took them from me and about 10 minutes later returned them to me line they were new. I asked how much I owed and he smiled and said nothing, just a smile 😀. I thought that was very kind and wanted to share my experience. I took a card and said I would come for an eye appointment as I was overdue. Thank you again for your kindness!❤️
