Ferguson Cleaners provides friendly, kind, and attentive service. Customers appreciate their detailed work, especially on difficult items like suits and shirts with stains, which often come back looking good as new. The staff is helpful and nice, making each visit a positive experience. Although currently only open on Mondays and Thursdays, the quality of service remains excellent. Many customers are satisfied and happy to recommend Ferguson Cleaners, and they plan to continue using their services.
Great customer service! I came for dry cleaning and the item was ready earlier than promised time. The representative at store was very polite and customer oriented. Thank you for the great service.
First experience using a dry cleaner service. They were amazing. Friendly, kind, attentive and detailed. Brought in a 3 piece suit with white shirt that had stains from a few weddings. Shirt came back good as new as well as all of the other items. Will be back !
This is my go to dry cleaners. Always amazing customer service and a job well done! They have never turned away more challenging materials as other dry cleaners have. I go out of my way to go to this specific dry cleaner.
