They got us in for repairs even though they were very busy for a trip we were taking to make sure we would be safe getting there and back. Their work and follow up was excellent and the rate was very good highly recommend them
Thank you, thank you , thank you to Don and staff at Ducks. I called in a bit of a panic on Tuesday afternoon just before their closing time to see about replacing a front wheel bearing in my work truck. Of course everyone's vehicle is important but as a oversize load escort/pilot car it was imperative that mine was roadworthy to keep our scheduled oversize load moving. Don said sure bring it over in the morning and would have a look. Totally amazing, he had my vehicle on the hoist 20 minutes before opening time of 8 am and I was back on the road before 9 am, Thanks again, I hope I never need emergency help again but I know who to call. Ducks go over and above...always happy to lend a helping hand ... had a tire blowout and they took me in at a moments notice...filled my tires out of the blue...no charge!! awesome service...great prices...
